Been on 3 dates with two separate women over past several months and didn’t get a 4th. Here is what each said:

Hey, I’ve been thinking, while I’ve enjoyed getting to know you and I’ve had fun on our dates, I don’t think I see a romantic connection. You’re a great guy and I don’t want to lead you on. I’m sorry and I really hope you meet your person.

Hey, unfortunately, this week is pretty packed for me. This timing is also making me think, and while it's been great getting to know you, I don't think I'm feeling a romantic connection at this time. You’re genuinely such a nice and easy person to spend time with, so I'd absolutely be open to staying in touch if that’s something you’d want.

Also, just as an fyi, 32…never been in a relationship and started dating and putting myself out there three years ago.

Any advice of what I can do to get over the hump?
